Benefits of using Denman Brush for Natural Hair

What is a Denman Brush?

It's a detangling tool for curly or kinky hair which is used mainly on natural hair types 3C and type 4(A, B, C) hair when wet, which helps achieve curl definition.

Some Denman Brushes come with different rows of bristles. Though it's best to purchase a brush that uses 5 - 7 rows of bristles for your natural hair. You can also modify the hair brush by removing row of bristles, if you feel the rows are too much for your hair. But make sure you're using the brush gently on your hair to avoid unnecessary hair pulling.

A Denman Brush distributes hair products evenly in your hair.
Note that, no matter what detangling tool you use on your hair, you must use a conditioner with it, so as to allow the tool slide through your hair easily.

It's best to section your hair before detangling and while detangling, start from the end of your hair and slowly work your way to the roots. Just try to take your time while detangling, inorder to prevent breakage.
